NorthBridge is led by Craig L. DeFranco, a senior finance executive with more than three decades of experience across CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and senior finance leadership roles. His experience spans both private and public companies and includes deep expertise in GAAP and ASC compliance, SEC reporting, financial forecasting, internal controls, and financial systems environments such as NetSuite.

Throughout his career, Craig has focused on building finance functions that combine technical accuracy with operational discipline—ensuring financial reporting reflects the realities of how businesses actually operate.
